- In accepting these services you agree that Pin Sing Travel & Tours (S) SDN BHD shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage or delay in any circumstance.
- Pin Sing Travel & Tours (S) SDN BHD acts only as an agent for services provided.
- No changes in the itineraries are expected, but we reserve the right to make them if necessary.
- Unexpected weather changes
- Pin Sing Travel & Tours (S) SDN BHD cannot be responsible for changes in the itinerary.
- Pin Sing Travel & Tours (S) SDN BHD reserves the right to accept or to retain anyone as a passenger on the trip, or to cancel the trip.
- Children age is between 3-12 years old
Cancellation Fee
| Within 1 month 30% charge of Total Fare |
| Within 3 weeks 40% charge of Total Fare |
| Within 2 weeks 50% charge of Total Fare |
| Within 1 week 100% charge of Total Fare |
Itinerary Amendments fee
If you wish to alter your arrangements after confirmation of your reservation, you should notify us by contacting us and we will try our best to accommodate such request. However because of additional administrative work involved we may implement a charge of according to our “Optional Tour” fee.
Note: The amendment fees are in addition to the applicable cancellation charges.
